Manage the residential milieu including: modeling recovery behaviors, supporting the culture of the Residence, supporting conflict resolution, integrating new residents, and monitoring the physical environment for safety; assisting the interdisciplinary team in all levels of care; and providing support to the Hazelden Chicago team for alumni, stakeholder, post-primary/continuing care, and Twelve Step events. |
Bachelor's degree and addiction training is desired; one year of related experience in the addiction field is desired; CADC, CPR and First Aid certification is desired; position requires freedom from chemical abuse issues for a minimum of two years. Candidate must be willing and able to work a variety of shifts as needed, including day, evening, weekend, overnight, and holiday. |
