Halpin Personnel Career Opportunities

Mike Halpin started Halpin Personnel in 1994 with the idea of providing staffing solutions to small and medium size businesses.  Not only was he new to Wisconsin, but to the staffing industry in general.  Mike quickly obtained his first client, Apex Machining, a company Halpin still works with today.  Just seven months later, Mike opened a second Halpin office in downtown Kenosha.

Halpin Personnel officially became a “family business” in 2006 when Mike’s two adult children, Megan and Ryan, joined the company within a year of one another. Today, the three of them work together, though each family member has their own responsibilities and forte.

Halpin Personnel has come a long way since its inception. The company has grown in size, the scope of industries it services, and the geographical area in which it conducts business.  Over the years and with the help of his kids, Mike Halpin built his business into a thriving staffing enterprise in Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. To him, it’s not just the “American Dream” but a father’s dream as well.
