Company Overview

A Touch of Grace Hospice is a culturally and spiritually sensitive organization that provides quality hospice care to patients and families in need. One of our goals is to increase the use of hospice care among minority groups, since there is a major disparity in the use of hospice care by African American, Latino and other minority populations. It is our committed desire that every family, regardless of age, race, color, gender, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or religion, receive this supportive healthcare option when they need it.

While A Touch of Grace Hospice serves people of all races, our goal is to reach out to minority groups. For example, African Americans are less likely to receive hospice care and many times, this is due to the perception that entering hospice care means a person – and that person’s family – have simply given up. This is not the case, and our community outreach seeks to change this impression.

Part of our mission at A Touch of Grace Hospice is educating members of the community about what hospice care is, how it works and when it is necessary. We work with physicians and family members as well as patients to determine eligibility and provide support.

Employment:

We at A Touch of Grace Hospice make it our priority to hire skilled, compassionate, and highly motivated employees who believe in our mission of reaching all communities, particularly those underserved. It is our exceptional staff and the exemplary services they provide, that helps set us apart as a premier hospice. Are you interested in a challenging and rewarding employment opportunity?

Equal Employment Opportunity has been, and will continue to be, a fundamental principle at A Touch of Grace Hospice. Employment is based upon personal capabilities and qualifications, and is offered regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic as established by law.
