From its founding in 1984, First Search, Inc. has specialized in staffing solutions for all residential, commercial and industrial construction as well as civil engineering disciplines.

In the years that followed, they have recruited for both the junior and senior management levels.

Rapid access prompted the development of a custom computer database for the management of candidates and client contacts as well as custom computer tools based on successful actions.

Seeing the demand to reach as many candidates and clients as possible, First Search, Inc. became a Preferred Member of the Top Echelon Network of recruiters in 1990.
